If you fail to attend a booked date or event without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued, out of respect for the time of the other participant and the host.
3. Changes and Credit Policy
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases:
- Your payment will be converted into account credit.
- This credit may be used towards a future date or event.
- Credit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Event Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person:
- You must contact us at togethersocietyuk@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.
- The transfer will only be valid once confirmed by our team.
5. Compatibility and Outcomes
Together Society UK provides a service centred around human connection:
- We do not guarantee compatibility or specific outcomes.
- If you attend a date and the match is not suitable, no refund will be provided, as the service has been delivered.

6. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully at all times:
- Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or violent behaviour towards other participants will result in immediate removal from Together Society UK.
- In such cases, you will not be permitted to rejoin, and no refund will be issued.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards misconduct.
